Biography:

Phylicia graduated from NCHS in 2006, and from Casper College in 2007 with an Associate of Applied Science of Occupational Therapy and an Associates in Art. After completing school she started working at Casper Orthopaedics Association. She spends her free time outdoors hiking, fishing, hunting, and camping. She plays rec softball and bowls on leagues. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
